Appointment Request

A decision to work with a therapist to resolve very personal and sensitive issues is an important one. I believe it is wise to meet for an appointment or two before either the patient or therapist makes a commitment to more in depth work together. If you are interested in scheduling an appointment with me to explore whether a therapeutic relationship might be beneficial, you may call and schedule an initial consultation. To schedule an appointment or to obtain additional information about services, please contact my office at 916 971 1159 or fill out the form below.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked.

Suspected child abuse or dependent adult or elder abuse. Therapist is required by law to contact authorities within a twenty-four hour period.

If a client threatens serious bodily harm to another person(s). Therapist must contact authorities immediately and inform identifiable victim(s), when possible.

If client intends to harm self. If client is not complying with self-care coping skills, therapist will contact authorities immediately to ensure client’s safety.
